- Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Management, Psychology, Behavioral   Science or equivalent - at least 5 years solid experience in HR Department, at least 2 years of which in a   Supervisory capacity - willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines and be assigned in Luzon, Visayas or   Mindanao
